By accessing or ordering from Sanguine Dental ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.
2. Medical Device Specifications & Pricing
We strive to portray surgical instruments, dimensions, tip geometries, and metallurgy with absolute fidelity. Prices are subject to revision without notice. In the event of a pricing or typography error on a listed item, Sanguine Dental reserves the right to cancel affected orders prior to carrier delivery.
3. Order Acceptance & Fraud Defense
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation code does not constitute final contract acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or limit quantities on any transaction flagged for irregular billing details.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sanguine Dental shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from clinical usage or autoclaving beyond the total purchase value paid.
