How to Initiate a Warranty Claim or Return
- Contact Clinical Services: Email us at sales@sanguinedental.com with your order reference number (e.g. SG-2026-XXXX).
- Receive RMA & Label: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business hours.
- Pack & Dispatch: Securely package the unsterilized/cleaned instruments in protective packaging and drop off at any authorized courier.
- Inspection & Replacement: Our metallurgical technicians inspect the instruments and dispatch replacements or issue immediate clinic credit.
Exchanges for Different Sizes
If you ordered a size that doesn't fit perfectly, exchanges are completely complimentary with zero restocking fees. Simply inform our concierge of your desired size replacement.
